A dream wedding would also demand a nightmarish amount of money. Ask the Clintons, as their daughter Chelsea is all set to walk the aisle with Marc Mezvinsky. And how much would it cost for the US State secretary to get her daughter hitched? The estimated figure rockets over $3 million! What really would cost so much you ask? Well, sample this: bulk of this mammoth figure is towards setting up air-conditioned glass-walled tents from Stamford Tent & Event Services that come to about $600,000. exotic flowers like orchids or Casablanca lilies, that cost around $500,000. While a designer wedding trousseau and other bridal expenses would come to $295,000, the groom's tux and wedding bands would come to around $12,000; the wedding planners for such a high-profile wedding would charge around $200,000! Now the guest should go hungry right? The food, rehearsal dinner, Booze, Cake and catering staff salaries amount to around $490,000.

Photographers and media consultants for all the wedding/pre-wedding festivities would come to $140,000, and the sweet romantic music would add up to another $40,000. To keep gatecrashers at bay, security adds up to another $200,000. The miscellaneous expenses include $15,000 on toilets, $100,000 on lighting, $50,000 for stationery, $100,000 for tables, $500,000 for guest commuting, $10,000 Valet parking and $5,000 for the priest!
